Note:
If when updated to CCleaner v.18 you have noticed that when I right-click the Recycle Bin and hit " Run CCleaner" it runs but it stays there in the tray afterwards. With CCleaner v.17 it ain't that way. After it "runs" it exits and doesn't stay there in wait. The setting wherein you tick "exit" after cleaning is for 'exiting' when you run CCleaner by it's gui and not from the right click option.

Solution:
CCleaner version 4.18/4.19 have a new feature, introduced in the free version that monitors your computer in the background, which is why it now isn't exiting after a clean. You have to turn the option off in Options > Monitoring, and untick all the boxes.

Tips:
If they're off it should not run in the background - two options (below) are responsible for CCleaner sitting in the tray.
