Every 30 seconds my computer locks up until I enter a password into it. It displays "Chrome Browser Locked" and has a pitchure of a padlock on it. I've tried reinstalling Chrome, but to no avail. I've tried running a uninstaller program but it can't find it. I think the name of the program is "uBlock Origin" but I don't know. I think I downloaded a Pop-up blocker somewhere down the line. Any help would be appriciated, Thank-You

If you cannot get the download in normal mode try to download it using Safe Mode with Networking.
It's best to execute the program in normal mode but if no joy us Safe mode.

You can also download the program from a other computer or a phone and copy the file to the Desktop of the compromised computer.
