Clam Sentinel is a program that detects file system changes and automatically scans the files added or modified using ClamWin. For Microsoft Windows 98/98SE/Me/2000/XP/Vista and Windows 7.

-Adds a real-time scanner to ClamWin

-USB and removable drive protection
-Uses ClamWin quarantine folder

Thanks for the answer, I just afraid there so many clamav clones that wasn't open-source like
PCMAV http://virusindonesia.com
able to use clamav engine and database and input them in their proprietary product.
It's degrading the programming community.
