Solved COM Surrogate is using a lot of my cpu

COM Surrogate started being aproblem since i installed an andsroid emulator and now everytime i turn on my pc my pc feels really slow.
For now my temporary solution is to go to task manager and end the com surrogate task that uses up all my cpu and everything works properly.
I saw some threads so ill attach these files and i already have the Farbar Recovery tool

Then why does COM Surrogate show up when i turn on my pc? Do i have to scan while com surrogate is working?
