Hello,
Let me start off by saying that I did read the sticky rules and "Before you post" topics, however I am having trouble downloading the FRST scanner, because the malware I have either blocks the site or my Symantec prevents me from downloading it, even when I have it disabled.
My computer got infected a few months ago. It started off with annoying adware that inserted ads into webpages and as popups. I could previously see them in my programs list and easily uninstall them.
Unfortunately now they have gotten harder to root out. I followed several of the processes in the removal guides from this site. The scans I have run are no longer picking anything up, but I am consistently getting page-killing popups pretending to be Java or Chrome updates. For example: "The page at fgjxrh.com says: WARNING!!! Your Java Version is Outdated, Have Security Risks, Please Update Now!"
I attached the most recent reports from AdwCleaner and TDSSKiller. Please let me know if there are any more reports I should add.
This site seems to be very friendly and helpful in removing annoying malware. Thank you very much in advance for helping me out.
John
