Are you using a 32-bit or 64-bit operating system?
64-bit (x64)
Infection date and initial symptoms
i downloaded a stupid setup file before i knew it my pc was loaded with viruses. im so dumb ik. please dont bring that up when we start xD. if we start.
Current issues and symptoms
its more slow random crashes (computer crashes) and when i got inte certain sites it just exits out of chrome or internet explorer.
but i fixed that now my program quarentines a file named fltmgr.cpl it slows my cpu down. but each time i delete it my antimalware detects it and puts it in quarantine its located inside a folder named : {259A6858-1E39-411D-A7B2-992345EB2013} in side temp folder (C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp\{259A6858-1E39-411D-A7B2-992345EB2013})
Steps taken in order to remove the infection
i tried deleting it. i tried using file shredder. i tried quaranting it and deleting it didnt work. i tried deleting the registry by doing ctrl+f and serching the directory didnt work.

Fix with Farbar Recovery Scan Tool

This fix was created for this user for use on that particular machine.

Running it on another one may cause damage and render the system unstable.

Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop:

Both files, FRST and fixlist.txt have to be in the same location or the fix will not work!

  • Right-click on
    icon and select
Run as Administrator to start the tool.
(XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File).
  • Press the Fix button just once and wait.
  • If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
  • When finishes FRST will generate a log on the Desktop, called Fixlog.txt.

Please attach it to your reply.
