Cumulative Update KB3189866 for Windows 10 stuck at 45%

I was stuck at 45% for more than 12 hours.
then it got stuck at 95% .
Finally, it got downloaded today.

Now that is a lot of patience well done.

Good news when I turned the pc on this morning lots of network activity and the reluctant update got going and fully updated. Hope this is also happening for all others with the update issue.

It stucks at 48%! So I got the patch from the link you provided.
After reboot everything was fine

Yes, it seems like Microsoft fixed this. Installed the update without any issues today.

Same here...stuck at 45% & I will wait to see how & when MS handles this prob.

Its my first time prob with Windows Updates on Win 10.

Today Windows Updates updated fine.
