I would set UAC to Always Notify to prevent bypasses:
Gebert's straightforward mitigation advice to prevent UAC bypass attacks is setting UAC to "Always Notify." Doing so will always show the user UAC prompts before high-risk applications are executed.
Are Netcraft and Malwarebytes Browser Guard really needed with Google Chrome (Safe Browsing) or Microsoft Edge (SmartScreen) and Bitdefender in real time?
Almost nothing would come past those lines of defenses.

Malwarebytes Good in scam sites protection
Netcraft for Phishing as complementary to Bitdefender web protection
