    Please consider a data/OS backup plan to secure your PC and data it contains.
    Macrium Reflect free or paid is a very good choice.
    PS: do you have OS file reputation disabled because of Eset layer ?

    It is a good config but @tim one mentioned you should ass a backup solution. Either as @tim one said Macrium or Aomei Backupper both have a free and reliable version. :)

    Fine configuration.

    You can add another second opinion scanner like Hitman Pro or Zemana AM which both contain multi-engines for reference detection. :)

    Consider adding an additional on demand scanner.
    Consider some type of data & system backup solution.

    Maybe add a second on demand scanner (Zemana Anti-Malware is very good).
    Consider adding HTTPS Everywhere and Ublock Origin for Chrome browser.
    Saying this loud and clear... Please make backups. ;)
