Do Shadow Defender shadow mode all partitions on the drive? Especially the drive has Windows installed? For instance, my C drive with Windows installed have 3 partitions listed in Disk Management( Recovery, EFI System Partition, and OS). If I select my C drive to be shadow, will all partitions whether it is hidden or not on the C drive shadow mode as well?

Yes it does but be carefull as your info can still be stolen in ShadowMode but all drives including your MBR will be protected.

Shadow Defender is not an AV, so it doesn't protect your PC from malware design to steal your info.

SD doesn't protect against data-leaking what means that everything you type in browser or "is sent to the world" is just sent and never come back But...every changes made in virtualised system/disk after reboot will be deleted and system will be the still clear.

Haha...that's why I'm using SD and SpyShelter on my 3 machines (XP, Vista, Win 8.1)
BTW...SS is much more than only anti-logger

I use translator for Edge and it shows the page in English. I checked the file on VT and shows good. I also ran the installer and the program comes up in English.
