Any disadvantage when having multi-process enabled in Firefox setting dom.ipc.processCount to 128 ?

Any disadvantage when having multi-process enabled in Firefox setting dom.ipc.processCount to 128 ?
I think it means maximum of Firefox processes to be 128 assuming it uses multiple processes for the tabs, I am not sure as I don't use FF or ever experimented with it like that. Just a guess since I assume IPC is standing for Inter-process Communication
