A couple of weeks back, EA announced its new subscription gaming service, exclusive to the Xbox One. For $4.99 a month, or $29.99 if you buy a full year up-front, you get unlimited access to a bunch of games, to play as much as you want.

The service launched as a limited beta with just four titles - FIFA 14, Madden NFL 25, Peggle 2 and Battlefield 4 - but the company promised that more were on the way. The company has now revealed that any games that it adds to 'the Vault' - the collection of titles that gamers can play on the EA Access subscription service - will remain there, and will not be removed.

In fact, the Vault will grow into a much larger collection of games to which users will be able to enjoy unlimited access, playing to their heart's content, and you can expect some big-name additions to be made in time. "The Vault will gets its share of triple-A titles," EA's chief operating officer Peter Moore told CVG. "We haven't made any announcements to that extent about exactly when, where and how, but the Vault will be substantial."

He added that EA will be carefully selecting titles to add to the Vault, ensuring that any games publisher that agrees to have their games there commits to not removing them.
