  • Fixed: Potentially Unwanted Application setting not overtaken after installation from prepared config xml file in the same folder as .msi installer
  • Fixed: Several text inconsistencies in various languages

Solution: Visit the following ESET Knowledgebase article for solutions or workarounds to known issues on Windows 8: Can I use my ESET Endpoint product with Microsoft Windows 8.x?
  • ecmd.exe is not recognized as a trusted app.

Solution: To run the ecmd.exe command line utility, click Yes in the Action Center dialog window.
  • Blue screen error (BSOD) occurs when using version 1.1 Microsoft Windows Automated Installation Kit (AIK) to create an ISO image from SysRescue on Microsoft Windows Preinstallation Environment (WinPE).
