Troubleshoot Factory data reset doesnt get rid of Porn droid ads

Visited an asian porn site, and then started getting these 'porn droid' ads showing very extreme content. It seems to stick to all third party ads and not even a factory data reset stops it. Ive been pulling my hair out trying to figure whats happening, according to my research the 'Porn droid' virus is well known for being a hijacking fbi scam, but to my knowledge theres noone else whos experienced this specific behavior from this 'porn droid' eg getting recurring ads to actual gross porn (bestiality and other nasty stuff) Could it be a new one? I dont think i downloaded any app accidently that could do this, and since it first popped up on that asian porn site im pretty sure thats where i got it.
