Click to expand... not steal ports =)) but stealth ports. it is a feature of some firewalls to hide your ports from "ports scanning" and others attempt to remotely access your computer via its ports. for simplication, your computer is "invisible" to attackers

Hackers are constantly scanning the Internet for computers or networks to exploit,when a port-scanning program encounters a stealth (invisible) port, no reply is received in response to requests for connection.
