Fixed the DLL Host on Monday but it is back 4 days later

Ok, its back four days later. Up to 9 Dll Host. I am creating the log What is this problem, is it a virus or programming issue?

Should I do the same things as we did on Monday?

I am also getting a debug message when I go to most webites
