I voted in the fourth option, because at least I am so ...
Depending on the company, service, sites, I let off by default, because much like the site, keep me informed, spend a lot of time on it, so I think it's not fair block advertisements of the site that I like.
I know that the company does not depend so much of this ad! It has sites that I like that advertisements do not interfere in the navigation, so I let disable by default!
