Getting rid of a virus that keeps opening my chrome unto random malware sites

I don't know if these files may be the cause of harm. I am thinking they may be since i haven't noticed them before, and i cannot remove them from the list of "Accepted" items... Also i have FRST downloaded but i am not sure which check boxes i should press...
