The configuration is interesting, except the graphics card.
You have to know that the processor and the graphic card must be at the same level, otherwise it makes a disturbance (called bottleneck).
To make it simple, your processor is too powerful compared to your 1050Ti.
If you want to replace it, I recommend a 3060 / 6600XT which will be enough.

Could this be just a placeholder until OP can get a more powerful and modern card?
Supplies still sell out very quickly, esp in my region, and many of the NVIDIA cards are still overpriced. I'm waiting until NV drops the 4000 series and then hopefully prices for the 3000 series drop considerably.

That's what I thought, but it was important to clarify the risk
That's why I put 2 models of graphic card that I recommend because of its i7 9gen
I'm not a gamer. I'm waiting for a graphic card capable of decoding av1, h266.HDMI 2.1 .RGB/YCbCr 4:4:4 .

After covid-19 outbreak, prices went up in many regions. Just take a look at graphics cards prices in my country
I am not saying this is the reason why he is using the 1050 ti, but just wanted to point that issue out.
