The stable channel has been updated to 78.0.3904.87 for Windows, Mac, and Linux, which will roll out over the coming days/weeks.

[$TBD][1019226] High CVE-2019-13720: Use-after-free in audio. Reported by Anton Ivanov and Alexey Kulaev at Kaspersky Labs on 2019-10-29

Google is aware of reports that an exploit for CVE-2019-13720 exists in the wild.

bug It still persists ,search in adress bar !
another problem why google not make new tab custom,microsoft edge listen users and make it much better more custom !
now canary edge with dark mode,google drop behind !
edge microsoft have delet history when exit,google for years has not wanted to implement !
now i use firefox but i whant to move to edge stable!

Chrome OS when? Still waiting for 78. It will come with Linux support for my Chromebook so they are taking their time.
