Welcome to MalwareTips, best antivirus Windows 10, Emsisoft, ESET, webroot. Norton.

AVG there were problems, Karpersky is giving some problems now and BitDefender as we know is good but much slower browsing and windows Defender very bad this improving but bad, the other day with Windwos Defender entered a virus that I kidnap the keyboard.

Well that's my opinion umilde.

Welcome to the family, Tom. There's no "best antivirus", just what works for your personal needs. However, if you exploit the power of virtualization software, sandboxes, and so forth, you really don't need your traditional automated AV. Just a few on-demand scanners.

As @Noxx says there is no best answer for your question you can go for anti-exe/sandbox/virtualization if you want its easy and effective, but before going further may I suggest posting your security config first just so we can have an idea what you have and lack thereof.
