It redirects me automatically to:
https://guce.advertising.com/collectIdentifiers?sessionId=3_cc-session_6db36748-fc58-4122-b23b-440f607d1a25 which gets blocked

So this is only related to company PC's and not "critical" for home user as Homeland say

Like @security123 said it's not for home users it's for servers.

Homeland Security’s cybersecurity advisory unit has issued a rare emergency alert to government departments after the recent disclosure of a “critical”-rated security vulnerability in server versions of Microsoft Windows.
No redirects for me with Edge tracking protection on strict and uBlock Origin at almost default filters.

I guess the site use then some script and if stuff get blocked, it redirects to the link I get.
Since we are in EU, it seems to be GDPR's cookie. It opens up for a sec, then it skips it and continues to the webpage by itself.
