Advice Request How To Establish Wifi Hotspot in Windows 8.1 ?

Struggling to do this , I have experimented many software's like Connectify Free, Virtual router Plus and others, but i'm not successful with that. If some one is familiar with this stuff i request u to share ur tip and trick with me.

MyPublicWifi is the easiest and cleanest way to make your PC into a Wifi hotspot

ConnectifyFree has limitations and adware.

Well win8.1 doesn't support ad-hoc so be careful, And mhotspot is a good freeware you but it is also little buggy.
