How to make Google Chrome Font appear/look like Internet Explorer Font?

Hi every one , i have been using GC from past 4 days, i am able to see that its fonts are not sharp as IE fonts, I feel IE fonts much convenient in reading and doesn't strain the eyes very soon. I have been trying myself to make some adjustments to my chrome browser, but i am not seeing any major changes when i try. So if any one knows how to set it to that kind, please guide me through.
