well before i realised i could do this i used ASC 7 auto shutdown but this simple tutorial you can manually have atimed shutdown on your computer

1. go to start and type in CMD and right click it and open as administrator

2. then type shutdown -s -t 4000

ok the -s is the shutdown command for DOS and the -t is for time and enter how long you want it does it in seconds i think

4000 = 66 minutes to make it easier for you

also you can save this command in a batch file to your desktop although i havnt tried this, so when you save the file make sure it has the extension .bat on the end the filename can be whatever you choose preferable shutdown or something like that
