It looks like your router's DNS are hijacked, can you run a DNS Leak Test to check which DNS servers are you actually connecting. If the IPs listed on that test are owned by your ISP means that your ISP DNS were hacked and you should immediately change your DNS servers on the router to Cloudflare DNS 1.1.1.1 / 1.0.0.1 or Google DNS 8.8.8.8 / 8.4.4.8.
