Solved I can't get rid of this adware

Hi, I've been having a problem with this adware, it keeps opening ad tabs even if chrome was not open.
It seems to be only on chrome and none of the antimalware softwares helped, sometimes it detects threat but it i still get ad tabs even though i deleted it. I hope someone helps me and thanks

Yeah and sometimes when i scan with adware removal tool by TSA it detects adware but i still have the problem.

Please open Task Scheduler and delete worldtradereklama task in its library.
