Money does not matter here,i am from India so I know money has never been the problem, the real problem is people who are not ready to upgrade their brain.if an effort is made to upgrade them forcefully, they hide themselves behind the shield of democracy.
The attitude is like if someone has joined the MT ,now it is the duty of MT to protect them.
I would like to see more attacks like this so that my people find no option other than upgrading their brains

The problem here nowadays for such country is lack on security presence, + considering that product like QuickHeal may already been recognized by numerous hackers of being passive or weak hence bypass can be very easy.

Better to team up with security companies and especially Microsoft for stronger security mechanism on the government websites.

There is no compulsion to use quick heal or any other security products, every department , office or wing is free to decide as per their requirement.the price of quick heal total security is equal to three license of KIS so who is going to use QH
