Fragmentation doesn't cause your computer to slow down but you should still defragment your computer and your computer may already do it automatically. If you're using the default Windows defragmenting program, there's almost no risk of the program having an error or a driver conflict that causes data loss. So, I suggest to use your Windows defragmenting program than any defragmenting softwares.
