Is there a virus that boots from installation? X: FOLDER?

Everytime i clean install after wiping i can see a X: boot drive that has alot of folders and when I install + update I get a bunch of bs devices in device manager i dont own. Its like someone else PC devices are on mine. Why and how can i get rid of it if full wipe and reinstall doesnt work pls help i posted a topic before but he said no malware but i know somethings up its just weird to see so many devices i dont have

Ive never seen this many devices.
can't upload FRST scans it keeps saying "cannot find the .txt file do you want to create a new file?"

Nvm i can run Frst in safe mode here are the files
