Question Is there software that can backup and restore Windows settings?

I customize Windows manually by adjusting the Settings panel, system features and services, and Group Policy. Is there any software available to backup and restore these customizations on another system with the same Windows edition?

It's been a while since I've used a backup soft other than the windows built in but I'm pretty sure that Acronis has a feature that allows you to clone one machine to another even if the machine you are cloning to has completely different hardware, just a thought.

I was referring to backing up Windows settings, like what @Jonny Quest displayed for Kaspersky. This differs from backing up the entire system.

I haven't but use their other software and have been very pleased with the experience.. It's one of the cases where I can completely trust the brand

they have got a product called Win2HDD; I recommend that to those who wish to use Win 11 without TPM; It makes the clean installation process a breeze without the need to create a bootable media

The Windows Backup App is only for online accounts. I'm not interested in that. The Settings panel backup would be helpful because I make a lot of changes there. It's annoying to go back and forth. System and GP don't have many changes and are easy to apply.
