It is really the 5ghz router signals very danger for our health?

The main problem is, that they are rolling out new technologies without proper testing at all, just like vaccines or Windows updates. :)
It has been proven, that radiation from phones causes sterility and changes in brain, the question is, whether it is harmful in long term.

Anything that emits any form of radiation close to living tissue will inevitably cause problems....!
I link 2 articles here, but there are many other studies:

You are aware that radiation = energy, and visible light is thousands of times more powerful than microwaves? Your 2.4GHz/5GHz 1-5W WiFi router vs a 100THz 100W light bulb.

No. There are no official statement nor official study made by large enough sample test to prove the opposite. Radiofrequency energy transmission is non-ionising radiation, which means that it doesn't have enough energy to break chemical bonds of the molecules. In specific situations, 100GHz can but current technology we have cannot, or at least, for now, we don't have enough knowledge to prove it.

Eating pickled vegetables and using talcum powder are classed as having the same level of risk as being exposed to constant frequencies emitted by gadgets surrounding us.

WiFi (EMI/EF/EMF)has a definite, measurable impact of the body. It isn't about the strength being too low to break the chemical bonds, it's more about other impacts such as the blood, endothelial covering, cortisol levels and other things.

It has been effectively demonstrated that EMF can cause Rouleaux of the red blood cells, which in turn decreases efficiency of the blood to effectively cleanse, move, and refresh itself. Which can lead to long term chronic illness, sometimes taking years, or even decades to cause issues. The problem is, one of the things rouleaux can trigger is cancer because of this stagnation of the cellular cleansing paths. Also rouleaux has been known to cause degradation of the endothelial layer of the blood pathways, similar to what happens in a diabetic where the sugar content in the blood causes it to become more abrasive and viscous and it scrapes the protective layer of the blood pathways and organs.

One of the ways you can determine some of this yourself is to rent or purchase a darkfield microscope. Expose your blood to EMF, take a sample on a slide and take a look. Remove most EMF sources (all if possible, and repeat the slide view). Dr. Magda Havas was a pioneer in this field back in it's infancy.

While it isn't practical to fully avoid EMF/RF/EMI, it is possible to reduce it's impact on the body. Beamforming is a technology that can actually reduce EMF exposure from WiFi because it focuses the energy at the specific device. As long as your body isn't in the way that is. Reducing the amount of devices utilizing WiFi in the home is another way to less exposure because there are less devices focusing WiFi into localized areas. Also Routers with a low-power-mode (like Gryphon) can reduce WiFi exposure levels significantly. Finally, routers with a scheduled WiFi on/off can reduce exposure even more if there are EMF-Reduced times required, such as at night while sleeping. (Gryphon also does this)

Of course, utilizing more wired devices is going to be the best thing, and/or reducing the number of devices. I strongly recommend using SFTP and ATX shielded ethernet to do this so those cables themselves don't become resonance antennas.

This simply is not fully researched to be axiomly connected. Layers of cells are made of molecules also, if you don't change the tissue's temperature, composition, PH, or structure it just doesn't change by itself. Radio stations and TVs are surrounding us for decades and there are no evidence that it do any visible (provable) harm to humans.
I don't say it will not change in the future, maybe next year, but I, as a doctor, refuse to believe in something that is yet to be proven harmful or beneficial.

It's meaningless and it serves only other purposes

Eventually being alive will cause cancer. Sensationalism runs abound in forums that attract paranoid people. Don’t visit the privacy reddit unless you have your tinfoil hat ready.

It was Dr. Magda Havas that proved, experimentally and clinically, multiple times, that EMF impacts the body cells.

It always comes back to the money. It's big business. It took nearly half a century for the uninformed in the public to finally get notified that smoking causes lung cancer (and other things). During the half century there was a strong concerted effort by the corporations, lobbyists, special interests and even some govt. bureaus to encourage people to keep smoking, to keep consuming and to keep killing themselves. But a discerning person back then likely found some evidence it was deadly. But, ironically, public dissemination of information was limited and finely controlled so they could keep a lid on things. These days, they have little to no control over the flow of information, not many believe or trust our govt. and media, and vast stores of studies and information is available to virtually anyone. They've moved to a sort of disinformation system that saturates good information with disinformation, and causes confusion. But anyone with even basic levels of discernment can see past all of that to find the truth. Also the disinformation agents are incredibly easy to spot once you realize they all use the same techniques and sow the same levels of discord everywhere they infiltrate.

Once again, as always, follow the money. So just pony right up, buy into the 'there is some evidence, but more studies are needed' or 'It could be an issue, but let's study it longer' or even the 'WHO declares EMF carcinogenic, but they are liberal' arguments and keep right on dowsing the body in ever stronger EMF if YOU choose. The best one yet is (and yes it is true) "FDA officials say cell phone radiation causes brain tumors in rats but not humans.". Wait, what about the rat model for efficacy in humans? Oh, disregard all of that and keep shoving stronger EMF into your bodies.

Remember folks.. Fluoride was also deemed safe, and those of us who perpetuated the notion that not only was fluoride not sale for the kidney and bladder, but it lowered IQ and calcified the pineal gland.. Well... Now they are saying 'oops', yeah, it does roast the kidneys and bladder AND causes lower IQ... (thankfully, fluoride laced water is something we've never actually willingly consumed) So at the end of all of this, the conspiracy theories were correct, the early studies were correct, and the almighty dollar AND suppression of peoples awareness/intelligence/discernment was a resounding success. Drink up the govt. and industry kool-aid.
