Unfortunately, IVPN does not regularly test its client. Which is typical. When a problem is reported based upon accurate and credible testing, support is flippant and always suggests the cause is the user or their environment. Support never asks for a procedure to replicate the issue, but they say they will test it. How can they replicate if they don't ask for a "How-To, Step-by-Step" procedure to replicate ?

Within an hour I got a refund. The client does not auto-run in a Standard User Account. It works only in the Admin account. It was tested on 5 clean Windows 10 test systems.

It's just not very good in my experience.

So I don't want anyone to think that I am endorsing IVPN... because I'm not. In fact, as of right now, I personally will avoid it.

Is that you at Wilders? If yes, I thought you praised IVPN?

IVPN questions.

The product itself is good when it works. Support isn't very good. It's a recurring issue across multiple years of incident reports.

If I used an Admin account full-time, then I would use IVPN. But can't because I use SUA, and the client does not work properly in SUA.
