Japan’s biggest defence contractor has played down the seriousness of an attack that hit servers and PCs within the company.
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries makes equipment as diverse as warships, submarines, nuclear plants and space rockets. It has admitted 45 servers and 38 PCs within the organisation were infected with a virus, with local newspapers claiming the attackers could have been targeting defence information.
