Advice Request JS:Trojan.Cryxos.210 Detected - What is it?

The Emsisoft Anti-Malware I installed on my Mom's computer appeared today with a message to restart computer. We did and it quarantined this file/trojan JS:Trojan.Cryxos.210

My question is how serious is this trojan and how can you get it please ? Thanks.

It is "scareware." Designed to generate alerts and scare you to the point where you will contact and pay for the removal of infections that do not exist.

Quite difficult having a proper definition of this sample without having its hash, but since it is Javascript coded, usually it is a downloader that may download other malware.
Here, for example, an online analysis report for Trojan.Cryxos.JS (probable variant).
