So a total failure, despite the fact in was detected...
what I can see here is that the .js script downloaded at least 3 malwares after being executed. Avast blocked the first 2 samples but missed the last one and this one infected the VM

still a bypass anyway

Hardened mode has no effect on script files. It is only for exe files.
If you put Avast in hardened mode, AND you block wscript (for instance, with Windows Hard_configurator), then you have protection.
exactly.
I would like to see how good avast hardened mode is with wscript disabled
is it impenetrable as only whitelisted files are allowed (a few files can be allowed by mistakes from the devs or community)
