Just a quick hi, need some help to clear off search protect form a laptop, can anyone help me?

trying to remove search protect from my bosses daughters computer and it is telling me when I access the control panel and I try to uninstall that I do not have administrator rights and I have no clue what else to do, can anyone help me please? I have spent the last couple of days clearing all the rubbish software she has downloaded and am on the homeward sprint just need to get rid of this. Also looking for some advice on the best anti virus software to recommend to my boss for his daughters laptop and then install this too maybe.

Tried this and ran the full scan, it has quarantined lots of items but does not allow me to delete the quarantined items, not sure what to do next?? but when I went to remove the search protect via the control panel it told me this has already been removed (via the virus software??) would I like to remove any remaining items which I said yes to, just rebooted and now it would appear clear. just going to run another scan using ESET - phew all clear!! This was very easy and thank you sooooo much for your help, think my boss might be impressed and his daughter happy that the stupid pop ups aren't occurring all the time.
