no, you gotta download something and run it to meet one.
but you're using Emsisoft so their BB will take care of it anyways

uBlock Origin does an excellent job at blocking malicious downloads, specially if tweaked with custom lists.
People often forget about the first layer of security (browser-based protection!) and end up installing lots of anti-exploit apps and not a single malvertising filter.
