Thank you again @HarborFront for your extensions list. When I get back to my other laptop I will tinker with the extensions for privacy purposes. And leave my other browser(s) the same.

Webroot SecureAnywhere.
I'm not saying that it is the panacea of antivirus but it has interesting things, accompanied by a good configuration can be useful.
Thanks for sharing.(y)
Cheers bud. Seeing how well Webroot performs, I will say it has little impact on the system as most aspects are done via the cloud.

Removed extensions from Brave:
  • Random User Agent
  • Privacy Possum
  • BP Privacy Block All Font and Glyph Detection

Added extension to Brave:
  • F.B. Purity
  • Emsisoft Browser Security
Removed the three privacy extensions based off the fact some of these extensions add to the tinfoil hat syndrome, do not wish to fall into this trap.

Added 2-Factor Authentication to the following acccounts:

  • Facebook
  • MalwareTips
  • Google
  • Tutanota
Maybe adding Binisoft Firewall Control, but sticking with Webroots built-in FW for the moment, with WF rules behind this for some reason as it's still active.

Even I had no problem with the update for Malwarebytes, excluding the 14 day Trial which I didn't want xD, so I disabled it's protection.

This could be the issue, as I do not have Win 8.1 I couldn't say for certain.
