Well it's hard to choose, LG has a more rugged look,while the Moto one has an elegant look. Through the video the Moto watch seems to have a better screen, though feature wise it looks similar. LG would a good choice for everyday use while the Moto could rock with formals.

If I'm going to choose on its outlook style of watches then its LG brand cause sometimes being so minimal on design tends to like pale.
But as they have very identical on specifications then go to the larger capacity of battery even in small difference.
Meanwhile wanted the feature from Motorola the so called ambient light feature to dim the amount of brightness.
