I have two (Null) Services running using a massive amount of my CPU (60% on average of my i7 5820K)

Will not repair through any other malware programs tried. it also hijacks my Browser not allowing me to load certain pages which threaten it. I had to boot into Safe-Mode with Networking to be able to run FRST64.
