Following his company's reveal of Windows 11, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella sat down with The Wall Street Journal's Joanna Stern to discuss the next generation of Windows and the possibility of Apple bringing some of its services, such as iMessage, to Windows.

One major theme of Windows 11 is its openness to third-party app marketplaces and Microsoft's end goal of making the platform a center of creativity outside the bounds of its own Microsoft App Store. Windows 11 will allow users to run Android apps, but the integration with Windows and iPhone is lacking. In that regard, Nadella says Microsoft would "love to make sure that it works better," referencing the iPhone and Windows.

Imagine M1x or M2 or Bionics running Win Store apps alongside android apps. iPhone that can run iOS and Android apps in dual user modes.
2 in 1 PCs market might boom after android apps run w/o slowdowns.....

This will and should never be possible.
Apple stands for privacy and security while this isn't the case for Android. Windows is better but not that good as Apple.

I doubt it. They did start collecting telemetry on their OS versions. The data is too much if you have location enabled and UWB/Airdrop enabled all the times. But they mask it under Share Analytics with developer and Apple for better understanding of the features/user habits.

Telemetry by default isn't bad. It always depends on how they handle it, and which data are collected.
On Apple devices you can always configure everything to on or off.

Aidrop is also a local file transmission feature like Bluetooth.
