Monomaxos, a Ubuntu based Linux distro, has been updated. The latest version Monomaxos 6.0 has been released bringing the same set of customizations and optimizations, that users have gotten used to, over to Ubuntu 11.04.
Monomaxos is a Greek project and is localized for the market, however, since it's based on Ubuntu anyone can use and enjoy it.
Monomaxos 6.0 comes with many of the usual enhancements this type of customized distros usually included, things like multimedia codecs out of the box and proprietary video drivers.
