Mozilla has announced that "Firefox" is becoming its own brand name that encompasses the Firefox Browser, Firefox Send, Firefox Lockwise, and Firefox Monitor products. Along with this new umbrella name, Mozilla has released redesigned icons that represent the future of this brand.

"The “Firefox” you’ve always known as a browser is stretching to cover a family of products and services united by putting you and your privacy first," Firefox stated in a blog post. "Firefox is a browser AND an encrypted service to send huge files. It’s an easy way to protect your passwords on every device AND an early warning if your email has been part of a data breach. Safe, private, eye-opening. That’s just the beginning of the new Firefox family."

The new logos are design to utilize a new pallette with distinctive gradients, a new shape system that works well on backgrounds media, a modern typeface, and accessible colors so that they can be enjoyed by everyone. Below are the new logos being introduces by Mozilla today.

Mozilla has also stated that the Firefox brand of products are designed with privacy in mind and for users to always know where they stand with Mozilla products, unlike other "Big Tech companies that claim to offer privacy but still use you and your data".

With this in mind, the new Firefox box brand is built on the following pillars.

For me, what's more important is that they come up with a more customizable interface, i.e., where users can add vertical and status toolbars, etc. Also, easier ways to remove telemetry, or at least have them turned off by default for those who select such.

Firefox is still the most customizable browser out there. You can check this and ask for help/suggestions here, r/FirefoxCSS
And use user.js for the changes you make to about:config and keep a backup of this file. More info: User.js file - MozillaZine Knowledge Base

Smart move by Mozilla IMO, and they can always tweak those logos if for any reason necessarily.
