Multiple instances of conhost.exe(among others)

I'm having basically the same issues as shown in (SOLVED) - I need help with my computer I've tried multiple virus scans in safemode and such, but nothing has changed. If TwinHeadedEagle could help and provide a fixlist.txt as he did in the previous thread, that'd be wonderful.
