SOLVED Multiple instances of dllhost.exe

    Are you using a 32-bit or 64-bit operating system?:
    64-bit (x64)
    Infection date and initial symptoms:
    6/8/2017, computer is running slowly, noticed on 6/11 had multiple instances of dllhost.exe in the task manager. Some say COM Surrogate, all use 2k RAM or less
    Current issues and symptoms:
    Programs open slowly, music played from browser skips or lags, sometimes wifi signal isn't transmitted to devices
    Steps taken in order to remove the infection:
    Have run Malware Bytes and Spybot and cleaned infected files found. Symptoms persist.
    Logs added to help request:
    • FRST.txt
    • Addition.txt
    Hello, responsible web-browser here. Not sure how I got infected with this RAM-sucker.

    Really? Interesting. All I did was a reboot and a Spywarebot scan. Well, thank you. :)
