Nefryhok Search and Tavanero search on google

Hi. You guys were very helpful 2 years ago when i had this problem on my computer. Now this is my mothers and i've tried everything i could think of.I even used a post i found on this website to try and do it and i downloaded all the steps and nada. It switches between both browsers. Nefryhok and tavanero. Thanks in advance.

Scan with Farbar Recovery Scan Tool

Please re-run Farbar Recovery Scan Tool to give me a fresh look at your system.

• Right-click on
  
  icon and select
  
  Run as Administrator to start the tool.
  (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File).
• Make sure that Addition.txt option is checked.
  
  
  
  
  
• Press Scan button and wait.
• The tool will produce two logfiles on your desktop: FRST.txt and Addition.txt.

Is there a problem only with Google Chrome?

I only use Google chrome, but i guess i also had IE installed and it seems fine. Bing comes up as i think it would for microsoft.

Can you reset Google Chrome?
