I solved the problem:

1. uncheck scan SSL
2. open Firefox → Preferences → Privacy and Security → Certificate Manager → Authorities and delete our old "Kaspersky Web Anti-Virus cert. (if find) Then in these settings click Import button → and find /Library/Caches/com.kaspersky.kav/PersonalCertificates/(fake)Kaspersky Web Anti-Virus Certification Authority.cer

Add this cert. with all checkboxes. Close Firefox - Answer by D. (kaspersky forum admin)
3. check again SSL

No more problems.

Hum great! but I thought You already tried that without success... sometimes root certificate gets "corrupt"(not so usual) and deleting and re-importing does the trick! :)
