That would be nice. I assume it will as it is more of a Windows thing.

This is definitely not ok and we would like to investigate what's going on. I will contact you on our forum at ESET Security Forum with further instructions. Hope we'll nail it down and you'll be able to enjoy faster download speed. By the way, are only module updates slow or downloading the offline installer is slow too?

Hello @Marcos , answering your comment: the download speed of the offline install is also slow, it doesn't make the download inaccessible but it is slow (at least the one for me in Brazil).

LiveGuard is an exclusive feature of ESET Smart Security Premium, which is VERY expensive.

How is it VERY expensive? Premium is only $12 more than non-premium.

From Itman who know Eset well:
You can do a manual submission via Win Explorer context menu option. However if the file was not auto submitted to LiveGuard at download time, a manual submission will surely also result in a safe verdict.

According to the blurb on ESET's own comparison page only Smart Security Premium protects you from new threats not Internet Security - A bit mad I thinks??
