There is a decrypter for Jigsaw:

but in the case of ransomware that haven't decrypter tools, if you are victim and you don't have a backup of your important data, sadly you are forced to pay, even if I am against this solution.
But in this case, it is better not to attempt to resolve the attack using another antivirus, at least until your data will not be retrieved: there is the risk that the antivirus recognizes and removes the code used for decryption.(by admitting and not guaranteeing, that the criminals are "honest" and provide you the decryption key).
